We’re dedicated to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not 100% happy with your items, our return policy is here to help:D!

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery(as confirmed by the tracking date). However, if it’s been a bit longer and you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items, "Last Chance" items, seconds, collections, or gift cards.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at kikiwithkitti@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll provide further instructions and a return shipping label if approved.

Once you have our instructions, please do not send items back without an accepted return request, as they will not be processed. Where possible, we may also offer an exchange instead of a refund if an appropriate alternative is available.

 

Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 

Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the value of your return exceeds $50, we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive any returned items, so tracked shipping is ideal for peace of mind.
