Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure that your order arrives safely and securely, all of our products are carefully packaged using sturdy cardboard boxes, cushioning materials, and waterproof outer packaging.
Delivery Time and Tracking
If everything goes well, the expected delivery time is about 14 working days.
For your peace of mind, all shipments include tracking services. This helps ensure that you can monitor the delivery process and receive your items without any issues.
The package will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Due to response time differences with local service providers, the tracking number will be updated within 5 business days of your order. You can check the delivery records after the international flight carrying your package has landed at the local recipient airport.
How does it work?
In order to ensure the efficiency and quality of shipment, we currently use logistics service agents to undertake the express delivery service. The main difference between it and sending directly from HK Post is that your package will be sent by us to the warehouse of the local logistics service provider in the recipient's area first, and then the local logistics service provider will be responsible for delivering it to your recipient address.
Based on past experience, this transportation method supports accepting larger package volumes at the same transportation cost, which enables us to use more comprehensive packaging shock-absorbing materials, such as hard cartons and shock-absorbing pads, without making you bear higher shipping costs, so as to ensure that the products you receive are in the best condition:D!
Therefore, due to different operations of different service providers, on the package you receive, the sender's address is likely not the original HK address (but the address of the local logistics warehouse in the recipient's area). For the convenience of your identification, we have designed a sticker with kiki's logo to be pasted on the surface of the package. If you have better suggestions, you are very welcome to put them forward at any time^^!
Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or refund. However, if the loss occurs due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we regret that we cannot be held liable for the loss. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details before placing your order. While we cannot assume responsibility in such cases, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs and Duties
Please note that customs policies vary by country. Any taxes, duties, or fees incurred during the customs process will be the responsibility of the recipient.
